Research:

My research investigates self-regulated and co-regulated learning in technology enhanced STEM contexts. More specifically my research investigates how student beliefs, identities, pedagogical activities, and learning contexts impact conceptual understanding, student learning behavior, and metacognition.

Current Projects:

I am currently working on three main projects. 1) Impact of manipulable based augmented reality on spatial reasoning and learning in STEM. 2) Impact of cognitive diagnostic computer adaptive testing on learning and the implementation of pedagogical interventions. 3) Impact of integrated STEM instruction on learning outcomes, student interest, motivation, and workforce development.
