Research Summary:

I will be focusing on understanding the interaction of Ebola Virus matrix protein VP40 with lipid bilayers during the virus entry, assembly, budding steps with the goal of unveiling disease etiology and identifying viable targets for drug development.

Why did you choose to attend PULSe:

PULSe is a great interdisciplinary program where I could explore various fields of life sciences. Rediscovering one's research interest through diversely different laboratory rotations is one of the best feature of the program, which I think was beneficial for me.

About Me: (Hobbies and Interests when not in lab):

I am a friends and family person who love to spend quality time with my daughter and the closed ones. I love to travel, a lot. I have good taste of music too.
