- Applicants will follow the Fall admissions deadline requirements and apply in the Spring of their junior year. Students who do not meet the fall deadline requirements can apply to begin the 4+1 in the spring of their senior year.
- Cumulative Grade Point Average from most recently conferred undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree:
- Master of Public Health: Dual Degree Track (PhD/MS/MA + MPH)
- Any applicants wishing to pursue both a PhD/MS/MA and an MPH must apply to both programs separately. Applicants may apply at the same time they apply for their other degree objective or at any time within their current graduate degree studies.
