*Fellowship Funding Consideration Deadline
Programs with a funding deadline may still consider late applications with the understanding that fellowship funding may not be available. See individual program webpages for application deadlines.
For programs with rolling admission, applications should be submitted prior to the deadlines above to facilitate review for the desired semester. If complete applications are not submitted by the deadlines, then applications may be processed for admission consideration for a future term. For licensure programs, there may be earlier deadlines for the Transcript Evaluation and Credential Review (TECR). Review individual program webpages for those deadlines.

Current master’s students wishing to move to a doctoral degree program in this same graduate program will be required to submit a new application.
**International applicants are advised that completion of the on-campus Master of Science in Education degree, with a concentration in Learning Design and Technology (LDT), will take longer than two years to complete. Some required courses in the LDT master’s program are offered only in an online format. Full-time international graduate students must register for at least five credits of on-campus coursework each semester to meet visa requirements. Per university guidelines, 8 credits total is considered full-time for graduate students. This may impact international students’ progress and overall credit requirements in the on-campus LDT master’s program. For information on the Learning Design & Technology online program, please visit the online MSEd website.
