This team-taught and highly interactive course is designed to provide a social and historical perspective of women in leadership, as well as the practical skills students can use to develop their own leadership abilities. Students have opportunities to meet with women leaders from a variety of organizations. Topics of social, political, and economic interest are covered, as are discussions of current issues and research relevant to leadership success.
