Director, Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program Associate Director, Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship Professor, Technology, Leadership and Innovation Courtesy Appointment, Engineering Education Courtesy Courtesy Appointment, Curriculum and Instruction Courtesy Prior to academia, Nathalie worked in the field of market research and strategy consulting in Europe and the U.S. with Booz Allen and Hamilton and Data and Strategies Group. She received a BA from UMass Amherst, an MBA from Babson College, and MS and PhD degrees from Purdue University. She serves on the board of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) and has held leadership roles in other professional organizations. She is responsible for the launch and continued directorship of Purdue’s cross-campus Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program involving over 1800 students each year. She has created curriculum focused on entrepreneurship fundamentals, venture development, technology commercialization, and women and leadership. Click here for her full biography.

Jeanette has an extensive background in financial management and project administration from previous managerial positions for the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship and as well as variety of research centers on campus. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the Krannert School of Management and immediately began working for Purdue University. Jeanette’s experience and broad knowledge of university policies and procedures allows her to oversee the implementation of the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program’s strategic vison and objectives and directs day-to-day operations. You’ll find Jeanette managing multiple programmatic priorities, identifying strategic opportunities; driving continuous improvement efforts, and has full budget accountability.

Rita has been with Purdue for nearly 40 years and an Academic Advisor for the over 30 years. She received BA and MS degrees from Purdue University in College Counseling and Student Personnel Administration. Her breadth of knowledge in scheduling, recruitment, counseling and campus-wide course offerings makes her a valuable resource for students. She is responsible for the administration of student services in the program including student recruitment, participation and retention. Rita also leads the student affairs efforts such as academic inquiries, counseling, course selection, career planning, academic scheduling and coordinates curriculum collaboration with unit across campus.

Terra Kline is a Senior Instructional Designer, Technology, and Program Specialist for the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program for Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
Terra comes to higher education from 18 years as a K-12 educator and instructional coach. She has received her master’s degree in education and her bachelor’s degree in Family & Consumer Sciences Education from Purdue University. Terra is a Google Innovator, Google Certified Trainer, Level 1 & 2 Google Educator. She also maintains her licensure as a cosmetologist for the state of Indiana.
Terra’s educational background has been essential to manage and provide hands-on instructional and lecturer support keeping student experience at the basis for her decisions. She leads and manages curricular and instructional planning. Collaborates with faculty to design, develop, and refine courses and delivery methods. Terra also manages communication strategies to reach current and prospective students and our entrepreneurial community.
