Nikon iLas Demonstration

There will be a demonstration of the Nikon iLas2 in the imaging facility at BIND B071 from March 26-28.

The iLas2 is a versatile device that provides comprehensive control over laser illumination. When paired with a wide-field or spinning disk confocal microscope, its adaptable design allows researchers to select and simultaneously utilize various features, including azimuthal TIRF imaging, 3D TIRF – θscan, single-molecule imaging, oblique illumination imaging, and FRAP photo-activation.
