What’s Happening
In early September, a delegation of Indiana economic and trade leaders traveled to Japan to strengthen relationships with Japanese companies operating in the state.
Representing Purdue were Jon Ferency of Purdue Research Foundation and Dr. Luna Lu, Vice President for Industry Partnerships, reinforcing Purdue’s commitment to global collaboration.
The visit included meetings across multiple cities and a “Friends of Indiana” reception in Tokyo and Nagoya, highlighting the strategic value of partnerships with Indiana.
Purdue University and the Purdue Research Foundation recognize the value of foreign direct investment in driving innovation and economic growth.
