  • Additional required courses may be taken before or after the CODO into Pre-Athletic Training in order to apply for the Athletic Training program: BIOL 20300, BIOL 20400, ENGL 10600, HK 13500, HK 20800, MA 15800, and PSY 12000.
  • A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required in these courses, except HK 13500, plus HK 10100 (2 semesters), for application to the Athletic Training Major.

  • Students are required to complete a CODO application prior to submitting their request. Application is provided at CODO meeting or available in JNSN 109.
  • Applications may be submitted at any time but are reviewed in May only for admission the following academic year.
  • Students are strongly encouraged to attend a CODO meeting to learn about the application process and the courses needed to stay on track for four-year graduation in the nursing curriculum.
  • Students on academic probation will not be accepted.

Nutrition Science
