Mastery Advising Certificate

The Mastery Advising Certificate is:

Optional for advisors that have received the Foundational Advising Certificate
Consists of the 300 and 400-level coursework meant to cover the second and third years of advising at Purdue
Maintains and builds upon the same 5 proficiency areas in the Foundational Advising Certificate and aligns with the NACADA Core Competencies
Upon completion of the 300 and 400-level content, the Mastery Advising Certificate will be awarded

The design and build of the Mastery Advising Certificate is underway with the first participants starting in Fall 2024.
