Kelsey Jordan serves as the inaugural Director of Purdue Testing Services and has led Purdue’s accommodated testing efforts since 2015. She earned her M.S. in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana State University in 2016 and is a Ph.D. Candidate in Educational Leadership: Higher Education Administration at the same institution. Her dissertation explores the experiences of disabled students at Big Ten sporting events, with a focus on accessibility and campus inclusion.

Kelsey is a Board Member for the National College Testing Association (NCTA), where she also serves as Chair of the Accessibility Committee and Co-Chair of the Special Interest Group on Management. She is the co-founder and co-chair of the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) Testing Group. A frequent national and regional presenter, Kelsey is recognized for her expertise in testing accommodations and accessibility in higher education.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with loved ones and proudly supports Purdue Athletics. A true Boilermaker at heart—Boiler Up!

Kim joined the team in March 2024, taking on the role of Assistant Director. She earned a bachelor's degree in education from Purdue in 1994. For 21 years Kim owned an education center, teaching students of all ages, that provided individualized educational plans and accommodations. She most recently taught math to Somalian students. Kim is passionate about ensuring students are provided with the educational needs that are essential  in order to become successful citizens that positively contribute to our diverse society. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with family and her four legged companions, hiking, attending concerts, and gardening.

As the Assistant Director for Vendor Testing, Bahiyyih helps testers navigate the challenges of high-stakes testing. She has a master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Teaching English as an International Language, specializing in pronunciation and testing of academic English. She has taught ESL in Japan, and more recently in Chengdu, China—famous for its pandas and mouth-numbing hot peppers. Bahiyyih enjoys discovering the beauty and richness of Chinese culture through language learning, even with very little hope of mastery. You may see Bahiyyih cycling through campus in any kind of weather.

Dave joined the PTS team in July of 2025 to serve as its Testing Operations Manager. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 1999, with a major in Law & Society and a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. Dave also earned a certificate in Paralegal Studies from IUPUI in 2010. He is currently enrolled in an accounting certificate program. Prior to joining the greater Purdue University organization in April of 2024, Dave worked in law firm administration for 10 years. This involved leadership, operations management, client relations, and high-risk legal case resolution. In his free time, Dave enjoys resistance training and short road trips.

Emily Phillips serves as the Testing Services Administrator for Purdue Testing Services, where she helps create a fair, secure, and supportive testing experience for all students. A proud Purdue graduate, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services in 2014 and has spent more than a decade working to support learners and promote positive outcomes in both educational and community settings. 

Emily is passionate about giving every student the opportunity to showcase their abilities. Her approach blends high standards for security and integrity with genuine care for student success. 

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Emily enjoying time with her family, getting lost in a romance novel, delving into a true crime podcast, or working on her latest craft project.

Gail Dick is an experienced education professional with over 19 years supporting student success across early childhood, special education, and administrative roles. She currently serves as an Administrative Assistant for Purdue Testing Services and previously worked as a Special Education Teacher and Paraprofessional at Wyandotte Elementary School. Her background also includes over a decade as Director of a five-star childcare center and multiple leadership awards. Gail is a Purdue University graduate known for her dedication, adaptability, and excellence in educational support.
