Ariana Torres and Ben Van Dyke are co-leading a Spring Break Study Abroad program to Southern Spain. They and 18 students will visit the largest greenhouse fruit and vegetable production (13,000 hectares) in El Ejido. Other production systems included in the program are: olive oil, manchego cheese, bullfighting breeding, horse breeding, citrus production.
