Advice for the Future Boilermaker:
College is a time to learn about yourself while you’re also learning in the classroom setting. Take advantage of this time to try new opportunities and adventures. Join new student organizations. See a play or attend a lecture. Take a chance in meeting new people. As you’re changing and growing, be sure to keep focused on your academics. Your time in college will go fast, so be sure to slow down from time to time and explore all that Purdue is offering you.
Fun Facts:
I love travelling, and I have travelled to 49 of the 50 states, just visiting Alaska this summer. Many of my favorite travel memories have happened in national parks. I enjoy reading (primarily fiction books) and listening to NPR. I love trivia contests and playing card or board games. My favorite sport to watch is college basketball, especially during the NCAA tournament. I am always up for trying a new restaurant or exploring a new city.
