Leadership Experience at Purdue
About
Through 5 sessions of dynamic activities and discussions, participants will discuss key concepts such as, Impact, Networks, Leadership, and Well-Being to build a strong foundation as a leader. Because in order to be a leader, you need to go through fundamentals. Whether you are a first-year student learning about campus resources or a graduate student exploring your understanding of leadership, this program is open to all students new to Purdue.

There are two types of offerings of the program: the LEAP Experience and LEAP Retreat. Both modalities offer the same content, so it gives you maximum flexibility for your schedule to customize it to your needs.
Two ways to experience LEAP
Offered Where: West Lafayette
Sessions are conducted on a biweekly basis, beginning with an introduction to the program and development of your individual Top 5 Strengths to completion of the event.
Dates: Typically September-November

This in-depth, interactive version of LEAP gives you the same benefits as participating in the biweekly program, all condensed into a convenient half day.
