Students learn about strengths-based approaches to leadership and development. There will be four interactive sessions led by the retreat’s student facilitators and breakout sessions with the small group. Students also participate in team building exercises within their small groups and among all student participants.
It will be held in the beginning of the Fall Semester in September.
The event is specified as a "sophomore" leadership development retreat, but it is not limited to sophomores only. It can be defined in two ways:
- Students should be in there second year at Purdue in September 2026, regardless of credit hours
- Students that are transfer students in their first-year at Purdue should also consider attending
Please contact reabe@purdue.edu if you have any questions about eligibility.
