LEAD advances its vision and the larger Student Leadership, Engagement and Community (SLEC) and Student Life missions by:

• Fostering leadership competencies by empowering Boilermakers to identify their unique strengths and choose personalized learning pathways in co-curricular and academic spaces.
• Equipping leaders with courage and wisdom to transform knowledge into meaningful action and positively impact individuals, organizations, and communities.
• Catalyzing leadership development innovation across Purdue through strategic collaboration with campus and external partners.
• Ensuring excellence in leadership development at Purdue through rigorous, systematic, and continuous assessment, leveraging evidence to document impact and inform the evolution of learning opportunities.
