Leadership Experience at Purdue (LEAP) is a leadership development opportunity that allows participants to gain tools to be successful at Purdue and beyond.

Professional Development Day

Professional Development Day is an opportunity to develop your leadeship competencies as you prepare for life after Purdue. There will be several workshops, networking, and 1-on-1 coaching fo you to engage with the competencies. We encourage you to attend any part of the program that interests you and/or fits into your schedule.

Student Service Breaks

Student Service Breaks (SSB) are weeklong, issue-focused trips during Purdue’s spring and fall recesses. Trips explore issues like food insecurity, public health, and environmental degradation.

Women in Leadership Institute

The Women in Leadership Institute (WLI) is a dynamic one-day conference that exists to develop the leadership capacity of women and to expose participants to issues affecting women that need leadership.
