Campus Opportunities

Pharmacy PEP

The Purdue Pharmacy Education Program (PEP) is a residential summer orientation program designed to welcome first-generation or low-income students and is inclusive to all rising freshmen to Purdue during the summer months. This program offers them the opportunity to transition into college life. Students will take classes, engage with current pharmacy students and learn all about the Pharm Life.

Dr. Cornell A. Bell Business Opportunity Program (BOP) Summer Session

The Dr. Cornell A. Bell Business Opportunity Program (BOP) Summer Session is designed for first-generation, lower-income, and under-resourced students admitted to the Daniels School of Business. The BOP Summer Session helps participants build a strong foundation for academic and professional success over the next four years through engaging career development activities, personalized academic coaching, and bonding exercises with fellow BOP peers.

Engineering Academic Boot Camp (EABC)

EABC is a high-impact summer experience designed to give incoming engineering students an
early start on their Purdue journey. This intensive, community-building program helps students
strengthen their math, chemistry, and engineering fundamentals while learning study strategies
and time-management skills aligned with the rigor of First-Year Engineering. Students also
explore engineering majors and pathways, engage in hands-on problem solving, and develop
the habits and mindsets that support academic excellence and personal well-being.
Throughout the program, participants work closely with faculty, staff, tutors, and peer mentors
who guide them through the transition to college expectations. Students build a supportive
community, become familiar with campus life, and experience the culture of persistence that
defines Purdue Engineering, entering the fall semester with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
