Returns require prior authorization and must be returned within 90 days of receipt, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. No restocking for regular stock items. Special order items may require a restocking fee based on manufacturer requirements.

A browse-only Fastenal catalog is available for the campus community. Instructions and login credentials are available in a Quick Reference Guide (Docx). 

Orders should be submitted through Ariba as they may not be placed from the browse-only catalog.
