Why become a Team Supervisor?

“Being a Team Supervisor has taught me how to get out of my comfort zone. It has helped me to build relationships and a strong community that I can lean on. I now have connections that I would not have had outside of Orientation Programs. I can confidently say I would not where I am today as a leader without this role and program!”

“The biggest part of my Team Supervisor experience was the community. While you do get to meet some people as a Team Leader, being a Team Supervisor was like gaining 100+ new friends. Even if we talked or met once, the small and big interactions had a lasting impact on me and led me to have a more positive and meaningful experience. However, the best part of it came after BGR as I still get to cherish these new friendships and that alone means the world.”
