Why become a Team Supervisor?

“Through my experience as a Team Supervisor, I learned about the importance of being intentional, empathetic, and patient. I was challenged in a myriad of ways, while consistently being encouraged to be the best version of myself. BGR, as a whole, has allowed me to grow into the leader I have always wanted to be by surrounding myself with welcoming and genuine individuals!”
