Stewart Center
(STEW)

STEW is a conference and meeting facility designed to support student organizations, campus departments, university‑affiliated groups and external organizations hosting meetings, conferences and events on campus. 

• Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) may reserve STEW meeting spaces at no change and requests can be submitted one (1) semester in advance, subject to availability and policy compliance. Weekly reservations are available for a combined total of up to three (3) hours per week (Mon–Sun). Open booking dates are March 1 for Summer/Fall and October 1 for Spring. Requests for setups outside the standard configurations may be subject to additional fees. 
• University‑affiliated groups, external organizations and conference clients may request STEW spaces with planning and coordination support provided by PCED. Rates, availability and services vary by space, service level and event type.

Catering

• Catering services for events held in STEW are provided exclusively by Purdue Food Co.

AV Services 

• Basic audio/visual services are available for events and are coordinated through PCED as part of the event request process. Standard AV services include sound system, screen, projector and a wireless microphone.  
• Standard AV services are provided for a daily fee. Additional equipment or specialized AV needs may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Rooms and Setups 

• STEW offers a wide range of reservable meeting rooms and event spaces designed to support conferences, lectures, meetings and campus programs. Rooms are assigned standard configurations based on room type and capacity. Requests for setup changes beyond the standard configurations, additional staffing or specialized services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
