STEP ONE
Sign In
Use your Purdue Career Account username and password to sign into the EMS (Event Management System).
STEP TWO
Home
- Click My Home to view spaces you can request to reserve on campus.
- Click the Book Now button for the PMU/STEW/Outdoor/Non-Academic Space Request.
STEP THREE
Date & Time
A menu will open on the left side of your screen. To begin scheduling your reservation, follow these steps:
- Enter the date and time your event reservation should start and end.
- For multiple dates (ex: dance practice for a semester), click Recurrence and enter how often the event repeats, the start date, end date, start time and end time. Then click Apply Recurrence.
STEP FOUR
Locations
- Click Add/Remove to the right of Locations.
- In the pop-up, Select a building of your choice and click Update Locations.
- You can now narrow down room options in the side menu by clicking Let Me Search For A Room. In the dropdown, you can add setup types, features and number of people to view suitable rooms.
STEP FIVE
Spaces
After selecting a building, the available spaces for your chosen date and time will appear in the center of the screen.
- Click the + next to the room you’d like to reserve.
- In the pop-up, enter the number of attendees and your preferred room setup. Select Add Room to continue.
- If you need to add additional rooms to your reservation, click the + next to the room name.
- Once you have requested all the space you need, click the Next Step button in the top right.
STEP SIX
Services
Additional services can be requested for some spaces. Select the services you wish to book.
STEP SEVEN
Confirm
Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with next steps to confirm your reservation.
