About Indianapolis Student Center
The Student Center (SCPI), located at 520 Indiana Ave. in Indianapolis, is a student‑focused facility that supports academic success, collaboration and campus engagement. The building includes study and collaboration areas, conference rooms and shared amenities designed to serve Purdue University in Indianapolis students.
SCPI also houses key student services and resources, including library space, a testing center, the Disability Resource Center, the Writing Lab, printing services and additional student support functions.
Location Map
The Student Center’s main entrance is located on the northeast side of the building along Indiana Avenue, as shown on the map. A staffed reception desk is available during operating hours.
The Student Center is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, when classes are in session and serves as a safe and inviting space for all.
Reservations
SCPI conference rooms and study spaces can be reserved in advance through the Event Request System (EMS) or in person by using the QR code posted outside the room. For step-by-step guidance, visit the Request Event Space Instructions.
