If you have additional questions, contact the Communications team at aocomm@purdue.edu.

Additional Templates:
Use official Administrative Operations letterhead for external communications and the memo template for internal communications.
Do not modify the logo or branding elements. Update department and contact information in the footer as needed.
Use the QRG template for all system tutorials, standard operating procedures or other guides.
QRG Instructions:
- Download the QRG template
- Fill out with your appropriate information
- After the QRG is complete, check the document accessibility by selecting Review > Check Accessibility
- Remediate any accessibility issues and save
- If saving as a PDF, make sure to add a title in the Properties setting in Adobe Acrobat.
Downloadable Background Images
Sport your Administrative Operations pride in Teams meetings or on your desktop with branded background images. These backgrounds feature AO’s guiding principles of safe, reliable and transformative, along with an iconic campus destination or Purdue’s core gold and black colors.
