The online Graduate Certificate in Facilities Management has the following admission requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a closely related field from an accredited university with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required for unconditional admission
- At least two years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Official transcripts from all universities attended must be submitted in the original language, along with English translations for any transcripts and diplomas not originally in English
- Current resume
- English proficiency is required (see program guidelines for details)
