Latinx Student Council (LSC) Sana Sana Self-Care Series

Sana sana (heal heal) is taken from the Spanish language children's rhyme "Sana sana colita de rana..." and is familiar and comforting to many Spanish speakers. Throughout the semester, we provide a space for students to decompress and take some times for themselves. This space allows us to practice mindfulness, to connect and to check in on one another. Some activities include dog therapy sessions, art therapy, mindful meditation, yoga, DIY facemask and brunch con familia. See our Facebook page for more information.

Latinx Student Council (LSC) Lunch Series

Each Wednesday during the academic year (pending sign-ups), a student organization will hold a lunch series. Student organizations will provide meals for students beginning at noon. This is an opportuntiy to find out more about student organizations and how to be more involved on campus. See our Facebook page to find out who is hosting upcoming dates!

Spanish Conversation Table

Each Wednesday at 6PM during the acadmic year, students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to practice their Spanish language conversation skills with LCC Gradaute Assistant Oscar Ojeda, a native Spanish speaker from Colombia.
