Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP)

Asset Management

LTAP is the compliance reviewer for asset management plans (AMP) for the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Program. LTAP is assisting local public agencies in the development of their plans by:

  • Providing technical assistance
  • Reviewing the AMPs
  • Checking for compliance with the INDOT-approved template
  • Offering advice where information may be missing or lacking
