LiveHealth Online coupon code available for one-time, virtual visit with LHO provider

Purdue University, in partnership with LiveHealth Online (virtual medical care via computer or mobile device), is offering a coupon code to benefits-eligible faculty and staff, which can be used for a one-time free visit with a LiveHealth Online provider (board certified doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist). A visit with a provider (for certain health care needs such as headache, cough, cold, allergies, flu, anxiety, depression and more) has never been easier or more convenient than with Anthem’s LiveHealth Online virtual service. It is secure, private, easy-to-use and affordable. Access to LiveHealth Online supports the physical health pillar of the Healthy Boiler Program.

Through LiveHealth Online and two-way video conferencing, patients have access to live, instant or scheduled visits with providers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year from anywhere there’s Internet access. Regardless of where you are or when it is, you have access to medical care without having to schedule within traditional office hours, driving to an appointment or waiting to see a provider in a crowded waiting area. LiveHealth Online brings all of these perks for the same cost or less than what you would pay elsewhere for a medical visit.

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue health plan have access to the  LHO coupon code, which is entered on the payment screen: use coupon code PURDUE for the one-time free visit. The coupon is valid until September 1, 2023.
