Faculty and Staff Flu Shots
All benefits-eligible employees and dependents covered on a Purdue health plan are eligible to receive the free flu vaccine. Regardless of location, individuals coming for a flu shot should bring their Purdue University ID (PUID) card or their government ID or insurance card.
Vaccines are available as follows:
The Center for Healthy Living (CHL)
1400 W. State St., Building B, Suite C
The CHL will be administering:

Fluzone Trivalent – protects against 3 flu viruses (2 A + 1 B). Approved for ages 6 months+.

Flublok Trivalent – protects against 3 flu viruses (2 A + 1 B). Approved for ages 18+. Preservative- and egg-free.

Fluad Trivalent – protects against 3 flu viruses (2 A + 1 B). Approved for ages 65+.
If another vaccine type is needed, please see your healthcare provider.

The CHL is providing flu shots to Purdue faculty, staff, covered adult dependents and minors as follows:
Drive-thru flu shots
The CHL will offer drive-through flu shots on the south side of the center, with both morning and evening time slots available for added convenience. The CHL drive-through flu shot schedule is below:

CHL-hosted on-campus flu shot events
In addition, the CHL has on-campus flu shot events planned as follows:

Walk-in flu shots at the CHL
The CHL also will offer flu vaccines at the center to benefits-eligible employees and dependents covered on a Purdue health plan on a walk-in basis beginning October 1. Patients can simply stop by to receive their flu shots; appointments are not required.
Purdue University Pharmacy (PUP)
575 Stadium Mall Dr.
PUP is administering:
- Flucelvax Quadrivalent Pre-filled Syringe. It is a preservative-free, egg-free, latex-free product.
PUP is offering flu vaccines to Purdue faculty, staff and students:
Flu-shots by appointment only
Purdue University Pharmacy is offering flu shots to all faculty, staff, students and dependents (ages 11 and up) by appointment. The link to schedule your vaccine is here.
The CHL at PNW
Flu shots will be offered:
October 15, 7:30-11 a.m. CT via drive-thru only at the Center for Healthy Living at the Hammond campus
October 16, 7:30-11 a.m. CT via drive-thru only at Circle Drive in front of Schwarz Hall at the Westville campus
Those who cannot make the drive-through event can call the CHL to schedule an appointment for their flu shot at the Hammond CHL location.
The CHL at PNW will be administering the following vaccines at both Hammond and Westville:
- Fluzone Trivalent – protects against 3 flu viruses (2 A + 1 B). Approved for ages 6 months+.

Flu shots will be offered:
September 30, 7-11 a.m., Walb 222
- Fluzone Trivalent – protects against 3 flu viruses (2 A + 1 B). Approved for ages 6 months
If an alternative vaccine type is needed, employees are encouraged to see their providers.
