State Required Immunizations
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- 2 doses administered at least 28 days apart after first birthday
- Td/Tdap (Tetanus Diphtheria)
- 1 dose within the last 10 years before starting classes
- MenACYW (Meningococcal conjugate)
- 1 dose on or after 16th birthday if 23 years or younger
- MenB (Meningococcal group B)
- 2 doses 6 months apart
- BOTH doses must be from the same brand (Trumenba OR Bexsero)
- 2 doses 6 months apart

- Influenza (annual flu shot)
- Varicella (Chicken Pox)
- Zoster recombinant (Shingles)
- Human papillomavirus (HPV)
- Pneumococcal (Pneumonia)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Inactivated poliovirus
Travel Immunizations*
- Cholera
- Japanese Encephalitis
- Rabies
- Typhoid
- Tick-borne Encephalitis
- Yellow Fever
For travel immunizations, please have your provider send the prescription to the Purdue University Pharmacy or schedule a travel health consultation with one of our specially trained pharmacists. For the yellow fever vaccine, a travel health consultation is required.
