Overview of the Core
The Purdue Institute of Integrative Neuroscience (PIIN) Cell Engineering Core Facility was established to facilitate the stem cell related research at Purdue community by providing induced pluripotent stem cell lines and multiple differentiated cell types from human iPSCs. The cell engineering core uses the cutting edge technologies to induce and differentiate iPSCs for studying disease mechanism in-dish, drug screening and other applications.
