Applying to a graduate program

Although the process is similar for all the programs, the program requirements and deadlines may vary slightly. We highly recommend you to check the specific requirements for your program of interest using this link.
General requirements for a graduate program at Purdue University include:
- Statement of Purpose
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Original and a certified English translation of the transcripts
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE®) Test
- English proficiency (TOEFL®, IELTS™ and Pearson Test of English are the tests usually accepted)
Supporting documents will need to be sent either to the office of the Graduate School or to the office of graduate studies of each department; this will be specified on the requirements page for each program.
