Leading Edge
The Leading Edge supervisory tool was developed to provide just-in-time training and support to supervisor and managers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Training materials are designed based upon input from our managers and supervisors. Leading Edge offerings will be expanded as supervisors express their needs and recommendations. Please email lod@purdue.edu to recommend new Leading Edge topics or ways to improve this tool.
Manager's Training
Leadership development is available for all supervisors and managers. Those participating in area sanctioned succession planning programs may also access Purdue's manager training program. All new supervisors/managers are encouraged to enroll and participate in the manager training program within three months of their appointment. Experienced managers will also find this training to be beneficial.
