Manager Resources

As a manager of student workers, there are situations in which students seek out positions on campus to make money or fill up their day, but recruitment and retention are also key aspects to working with students. Recruiting during new student fairs or job fairs are just two ways to continually recruit students. Creating testimonials or signs capitalizing on the benefits of student employment are also great ways to attract students. Keeping students interested in their job stems from providing engaging ways for students to grow and advance in their work as well as holding specific training and development opportunities along with daily moments of improvement.
