The Lu Ann Aday Award - Humanities and Social Sciences launched in 2013, is an annual award established by the Offices of the President, Provost, and Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships in recognition of a member of the faculty who has made a major impact on their field or in interdisciplinary activities. Annual announcement is distributed to the West Lafayette campus academic deans and faculty in November of each year. Nominations are due to the Provost's Office by the following January 31st. The selection committee composed of representatives from the Faculty Awards and Recognition Committee will meet in February to determine the winner.
