Academic Early Alert
Thank you for helping us identify students who may be struggling with your course. We will communicate the information you share with the student’s academic advisor, who will reach out to the student to engage them in a conversation about their progress. Please note that this form is only for general concerns regarding your students’ initial engagement or progress in your course. If you have concerns regarding a student other than engagement or academic progress, please file the appropriate form with the Office of the Dean of Students.
