Steps:

Student Services:

  1. Request waiver for immunization request
  2. Request waiver for insurance request
  3. Process drops, adds, and withdrawals from courses and programs
  4. Request Y status (confirmation) for cohorts that are not assessed by Purdue University
  5. Request Y status (confirmation) for some cohorts that have 3rd party payment contacts between Purdue and employer
  6. Add tuition discounts when applicable
  7. Add attributes for special fees
  8. Provide step-by-step instructions on applying to the Graduate School, registering, navigating Blackboard, etc.
  9. Customize letters/invoices for students
  10. Register students as candidates for graduation

Program Services:

  1. Set up the courses with Registrar
  2. Set up the courses with Bursar
  3. Update Purdue Online (PO) webpage and authorization to register site
  4. Send 3rd party billing invoices to Bursar
  5. Offer the textbook opt-out option to students in programs where the program costs pay for the books and supplies
  6. Provide financial reports
  7. Provide schedule reports showing enrollment numbers, rosters, holds, and revenue amounts
  8. Add PO or the correct advisor to students’ accounts
  9. Communicate with departments during cancellation periods to ensure students stay enrolled
  10. Review rate requests before registration
    1. Financial Aid is provided with an approved copy during the routing process
  11. Attend workshops or conferences to provide on the spot registration assistance
  12. Run social media campaigns
  13. Work with program’s IT department and make improvements to program’s websites, with guidance from the department
  14. Attend bi-weekly or monthly phone conferences as part of the communication plan
  15. Populate and communicate through SharePoint team sites
  16. Add co-hort codes to the students’ files for the ones not assessed by Purdue
