The Business@Purdue section of the Human Resources is designed for our administrative departments that work with us. The website houses forms, processes and Quick Reference Guides. Most processes and quick references are linked from the Training SharePoint site.

When you are assisting your college or area with specific processes, please consider the following:

Compensation guidelines, including promotions, transfers, etc are located on the Compensation Pay Practices web page.

HR Business Partners assist leadership and employees with HR policies, practices, employee development, discipline, etc. They are organized by college/area.

Financial training resources are located on the Accounting Services – Finance Training web page.
