How it Works
LiveHealth Online offers 24-hour access to have face-to-face conversations with physicians and mental health providers via computer, smart phone or tablet wherever internet access is available.
LiveHealth Online uses two-way video to connect you with U.S.-based board-certified doctors. During your online visit, you can expect the doctor to answer your questions, assess your condition and even provide prescriptions* if needed.
Sign up easily – Enter your name, email address and a password, then answer a couple questions in just a few short minutes. Click here to get started.
Choose a doctor – Once logged in, on the See a Doctor Now page, information about the doctors who serve your location and those who are available now will show with the green Connect button. Click on the doctors image to view their profile and the language(s) they speak. Doctors that appear on your screen are considered in-network. To ensure you have the most updated list of doctors to select from, check to make you sure you have the correct state that you are present in selected.
Start a Session – Click the green Connect button to connect with the doctor of your choice. If that doctor is seeing another patient, choose to wait in the online waiting room or select another doctor who is available at that moment.
*Prescription availability is defined by physician judgment and state regulations.
