Online Learning Module Wellness Incentive

Benefits-eligible employees can earn an additional $150 wellness incentive by completing the optional online learning module in 2026.

This course, “Your Path to Prescription Drug Benefits,” is designed to help you understand how Purdue’s prescription coverage works, key terms like deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, ways to save on prescription costs and shares resources that can help you make the most of your prescription benefit. The module includes audio, short interactive sections and knowledge checks to reinforce learning. To complete the training, ensure your sound is on, move through each section using the navigation arrows and successfully pass the final knowledge check.

You can access the learning module here. Sign in to SuccessFactors with your Purdue username and password. Click "Self Assign Curriculum" – (please do not click directly on the blue course title). Click "Start Course“ and then "Launch Content” to start the module.

2026 incentives – including the learning module – can be earned from January 1 to December 31 of the current year, and include the required annual physical, which must be completed before payment for other objectives will be paid; however, you can complete the steps in whatever order you choose.

Yes, if you begin the module, then exit out without completing the module, you may return to the module to complete.

For participants who receive a passing score, a monthly report will be run to credit the incentive. Once you have completed the module and earned a passing score, no further action (aside from the required annual physical being completed) is required to receive the learning module incentive funds.

No, you do not need to submit proof of completion. A monthly report will be run to verify completion.

Completion status is updated and reflected in the wellness portal after the monthly report runs, typically by the last day of the month.

The required annual physical must be completed before payment for other objectives will be paid. Once your physical is completed, the learning module payment will be issued as follows:

If the module is completed prior to the 25th of the month, the incentive funds will be paid out the following month. If the module is completed after the 25th, incentive funds will be issued in the second month after completion.
