Subaru of Indiana Automotive, INC – Temporary Position

Subaru of Indiana Automotive, INC has a one-year temporary assignment in Associate Services, a division of Human Resources, they would like to fill as soon as possible. The position would assist with planning associate events, the United Way Campaign, guided plant tours and overseeing the vehicle leasing program. Unique to the position this year is helping with the 30 year incorporation events, including several milestone events and a large factory open house in the fall.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Strong organization, communication, computer skills
  • Take initiative and lead projects to their completion
  • Prior event planning, hospitality, tourism and administration experience is preferred, but not required
  • Hours are M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. with some Saturdays required for events
