Special Boilermaker – Rita Baker

Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Academic Advisor, Rita Baker, was presented the Special Boilermaker Award at a Purdue home football game Sept. 24.

Established in 1981, the Purdue Alumni Association Special Boilermaker Award honors a member of the Purdue faculty or staff who has contributed significantly to the improvement of the quality of life and/or the betterment of the educational experience for a substantial number of Purdue students.

Rita has served students at Purdue as an academic advisor for nearly 30 years. She is truly a special boilermaker!
