Troika Venn Model

The Troika Venn Model shows the interrelationship among global learning, civic engagement and intercultural knowledge and competence concepts related the global competency development. The model was developed to be used in conjunction with formative assessments which were developed using the definitions and descriptions of each component identified on the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) VALUE Rubrics for each construct. 

Each assessment is in the form of a Short Scale using Bloom's Affective Domain as 6 point Likert type scale to assess student and program outcomes associated with global learning, civic engagement and intercultural knowledge and competence activities.
