Brad Prugar

Class of 2008

Brad Prugar earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 2008. During his time at Purdue, he was an active member of the Purdue Bands & Orchestras program, performing as a clarinetist from 2002 to 2008 and serving as Chief of Student Staff during the 2007-08 academic year. He was also a member of Tau Beta Sigma.

Following graduation, Brad joined Microsoft, where he has built his career and currently serves as an Engineering Manager. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Purdue Bands & Orchestras Advisory Board. Among his contributions to the organization, he was especially committed to helping secure dedicated workspace for the Volunteer Management Teams in Hagle Hall. Brad has remained active in music throughout his life, including performing with a local community band and returning to Ross-Ade Stadium as a member of the Purdue Alumni Marching Band.
