Guest Passes & Policies

Daily Admission and short term pass holders:

If you have a valid PUID and do not have a membership, you may gain admission via short term passes. Purdue ID holders gain access to the facilities, court reservations, equipment checkout, and towel service.  You may aslo sponsor a guest(s) at any time.

Guest Admission

If you do not have a valid PUID, you may be sponsored by a Purdue Affiliate by purchasing a short term passes

  • All guests must show a picture ID and sign the guest waiver form.
  • Members accept full responsibility for the behavior of all guests and must remain in the facility with guests at all times.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Children under 16 are allowed in Monday - Thursday from 5:30am - 3pm during the academic year—and unlimited access Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and during all breaks.
  • Guests do not have access to equipment check out, court reservations, or towel service.  
  • Guests may not sponsor other guests into the facility.

Ivy Tech Students

  • Ivy Tech Students may show an Ivy Tech ID to gain access to the CoRec by paying the daily admission fee of $7. 
  • Ivy Tech students are not permitted to check out equipment, make court reservations or have access to towel service.
  • Ivy Tech Students may not purchase a membership. 
  • Ivy Tech Students may not sponsor guests into the facility.

Alumni

If you are alumni, you must show proof of Purdue graduation, or membership in the Alumni Foundation, and have a picture ID.  Alumni with membership have access to equipment checkout, court reservations, towel service, and may sponsor guests (see guest policies above)

Non-Affiliated Guest Passes

If you are not affiliated with Purdue University and you do not have a sponsor, you may purchase a day pass for $10.

  • All guests must show a picture ID and sign the guest waiver form provided at Member Services.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are allowed in Monday through Thursday from 5:30am to 3:00pm, and all day Friday through Sunday, during University breaks, and throughout the summer. Children five and under do not have to purchase a guest pass.
  • Guests do not have access to equipment check out, court reservations, or towel service. 
  • All guests 16 and over must show proof of age.

Punch Passes

At $5 per visit, the punch pass is more cost effective than buying a day pass for every visit, and can save you time.

  • Our punch passes are sold in increments of 10 at $5 per punch.
  • All guests must show a picture ID and sign the guest waiver form at the time of each visit.
  • Guests must be accompanied by their sponsor at the time of each visit.
  • All guests 16 and over must show proof of age.

Conferees

Individuals attending a conference affiliated with Purdue may gain admission by presenting a name badge/ID from the conference and paying one of these short term pass fees.  Paying the fee allows the conferee to have access to facilities.  Conferees do not have access to equipment checkout, court reservations or towel service.  If minors are part of the conference, please see minor policies.
