Purdue Band flamingos available in limited edition
Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma are working together this fall to create 20 pairs of Purdue Band yard/ tailgate flamingos. These fun-loving birds made their debut at Homecoming 2009, drawings lots of comments.
There’s only one way to obtain a set of these one-of-a-kind birds - a $100 contribution to the Carolyn Gephart Oboe Scholarship Fund. Sets are available on a first-come basis. Contact Kathy Matter kcmatter@purdue.edu in the Bands PR Department to reserve yours. Band flamingos can be picked up before Christmas; if you need them shipped an additional charge for postage and handling will be assessed.
Another idea for Christmas giving is the 2010 Purdue “All-American” Marching Band Calendar. Order it through the Merchandise section of our web site.
