Billing and Payments
Students admitted to Summer College for High School Students go through the same billing and payment processes as our admitted undergraduate students. Once a member of our Pre-College team registers a student for their course, tuition fees will be assessed and added to the student's account. The housing and meal plan fee is added only after the student signs their housing agreement. The student's billing statement is not considered to be finalized until both the tuition fees and housing and meal plan fees are reflected on their account. Tuition fees will not be applied until about a month before the course.
Please note that due to federal regulations, scholarships will not be applied to student accounts until 10 days before the program begins. If you are expecting any scholarships, it is recommended to wait until this point to pay your invoice. Early overpayment will result in a refund of the difference in payment and final cost, but it may take several weeks.
To view or print a billing invoice, please see instructions on this page.
In order for a parent, guardian, or family member to view their student's account and make a payment, the student must add an authorized user. To learn how to add an authorized user, please see the instructions on this page.
To view critical dates related to course refunds, view this page. Please note that withdrawal at any time will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. Late withdrawals or no shows from the program will result in the loss of all scholarship funds, with the full bill being due shortly after the course date.
