Admitted Student Enrollment Packet
Students enrolled in V1 for Aviation in Summer 2023 participate in a teambuilding activity.
After you receive your short-term course or special program decision and accept your admission offer, there are several items for you and your parent or legal guardian will need to complete before you arrive on campus. The deadline for the admitted student enrollment packet is April 30th. In a series of emails sent from members of the Pre-College Pathways team, you will receive information on how to complete the following requirements:
- Complete items in your New Student Task List in myPurdue:
- Accept your offer and pay the non-refundable $500 deposit
- Emergency Contact form
- Financial Responsibility form
- Set up your Purdue email address.
- Submit your housing agreement using your student SSO login. The link will be sent via email.
- Guardian, complete the Ideal Logic - youth program registration forms. The link will be sent via email.
- These consent forms include:
- Photo/Video Release Form
- Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement
- Summer College for High School Students Participant Acknowledgement
- Summer College for High School Students Agreement to Pay
- Summer College for High School Students FERPA Release
- Summer College for High School Students - Medical Treatment Authorization Form
- RecWell General Waiver
- RecWell Climbing Wall Waiver
- RecWell Climbing Wall Safety Policies and Procedures
- These consent forms include:
- Review your invoice. Once the general tuition fees, room, board, fees, and potential scholarships are applied, the bill should be paid in full.
- Please note that not all of these applicable charges will be added at one time. Room and board will likely be added significantly before tuition and scholarships. Paying early may result in having multiple bills due and missing payments. Scholarships will not be posted until 10 days before the start of the course. We recommend waiting until that time to pay the full invoice, so you can be sure you are not overpaying.

To best prepare you for your arrival on campus, our Pre-College Pathways team will provide a recommended packing list along with move-in information.
Admitted Student Enrollment Packet Timeline:
The timeline below may be accelerated depending on when an admission decision is released and when you accept your offer.- Within 2-5 business days of your acceptance, you will receive a Next Steps email with your course and instructions on how to complete the following tasks:
- Complete items in your New Student Task List in myPurdue
- This will include paying the $500 non-refundable deposit to accept your offer
- Do NOT submit a photo for your PUID card
- Set up your Purdue email address
- Complete youth program/Ideal-Logic registration forms
- Complete the housing contract (this may take up to a week after acceptance to be accessible).
- Complete items in your New Student Task List in myPurdue
- In April, you will receive an email with information regarding the following tasks:
- Complete the new student enrollment packet if you have not already
- The final deadline for the enrollment packet is April 30th
- May, you will receive an email with information regarding the following:
- Pay any remaining balance you may have.
- Recommended packing list
- Residence hall information and assigned move-in/check-in times
- In June, look out for emails inviting you to attend or watch a recording of a pre-arrival webinar.
- Week prior to your program:
- A final pre-arrival email will be sent with a reminder of move-in/check-in information
