About the Steps to Leaps Showcase

The Purdue Steps to Leaps framework helps students celebrate their strengths while equipping them with tools to learn paths to self-improvement. Steps to Leaps encourages Boilermakers to become lifelong learners, hone their skills and foster habits that will help them succeed at Purdue and beyond.

The Steps to Leaps Showcase is an opportunity to recognize Purdue students, staff and faculty who have intentionally adopted and incorporated one or more of the Steps to Leaps learning pillars – Impact, Well-Being, Leadership, Networks and Grit/Persistence – into their day-to-day lives and through the work that they do.

All Purdue students, staff and faculty on the West Lafayette are eligible for nomination and can nominate other members of the Purdue community. We invite you to nominate exceptional individuals who have increased your awareness of and engagement with the Steps to Leaps learning pillars by submitting the nomination form here.

There's someone I'd like to nominate, where do I start?

A great example of a nomination for the Steps to Leaps Showcase features our very own Zenephia Evans. Please read more about Zenephia here.
