Summer 2018 Grade Submission Dates

First Four Weeks (May 14-June 8)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 1 and ends at 5 p.m. June 12. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

First Half Semester (April 30-June 21)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 1 and ends at 5 p.m. June 25. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

First Eight Weeks (May 14-July 6) and Second Four Weeks (June 11-July 6)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 29 and ends at 5 p.m. July 10. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Second Eight Weeks (June 11-August 3) and Third Four Weeks (July 9-August 3) and Full Summer Session (May 14-August 3)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 27 and ends at 5 p.m. August 7. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Second Half Semester (June 25-August 19)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 27 and ends at 5 p.m. August 21. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. December 7 and ends at 5 p.m. December 18. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.
